Synmosa Biopharma Philippines Inc. is in need of an experienced Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and accounting processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations

Process invoices, expense claims, and other financial transactions in a timely manner

Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns and financial statements and reports

Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and analysis

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations

Provide administrative support to the team as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a Certified Public Accountant

Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls

Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
