About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Communications Manager to lead our hotel's branding, promotional campaigns, and guest engagement strategies. This role is key to driving visibility, occupancy, and revenue through innovative marketing and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for rooms, F&B outlets, events, and special offers.
  • Manage the hotel's digital presence including website, social media, and online advertising.
  • Create engaging content for press releases, newsletters, brochures, and guest communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and local partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and guest touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality marketing.
  • Strong writing, communication, and creative skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills.
