About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to assist our team with marketing tasks such as preparing presentations, managing documentation, coordinating internal communication, and supporting marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, with an interest in creative research, engagement and internal communications.

What you'll be working on:

  • Support in developing content for talent recruitment, partner outreach, and internal engagement (articles, posts, presentations, video storyboards).
  • Assist the Talent Seeker team with job postings and advertisements across different platforms.
  • Provide support in preparing creative materials for internal events and activities.
  • Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns; provide basic monitoring of engagement and reach using analytics tools.
  • Participate in school visits and external activities to help connect with potential partners and support Cooee initiatives.
  • Ensure all content reflects Cooee's voice, culture, and values

What we're looking for:

  • Open to Fresh Graduates, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools and Canva.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • People-oriented and comfortable engaging with schools, partners, and external contacts.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
