We are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent
Assistant Accounting Manager
who will oversee the general ledger and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. This role involves supervising accounting staff, maintaining internal controls, and supporting audits and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Ledger Management: Supervise daily operations, ensure timely close processes, review journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, assist in management reports and audits.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance: Develop policies, ensure regulatory adherence, support SOX compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, conduct evaluations, identify training needs.
  • Process Improvement: Implement efficiency enhancements, leverage technology.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams to provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Angeles, Pampanga.
  • 5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
