Position Title: Sales Assistant (E-commerce & Order Management)

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time

Job Location: NEPO Site 386 Rizal Extension (Cutcut IT Park), Corner Corazon St., Angeles City, Philippines

Quick Rundown:

This role manages all post-sale and order fulfillment processes from the website and assists with general ecommerce administration. The position supports product updates, content management, and customer coordination, especially during early-stage growth when order volume is still developing.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and track website orders from checkout to delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams for smooth order processing
  • Update product information (titles, images, descriptions, and tags)
  • Assist with organizing categories and maintaining accurate product listings
  • Support sales reporting, order documentation, and client communication
  • Provide general administrative help as needed
  • Perform data entry and product maintenance tasks during low order periods

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce, order processing, or administrative support
  • Strong English communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
