Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant (GoHigh Level) to work onsite and serve as the backbone of operations. This role goes beyond administrative tasksyoull act as a strategic partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth operations, strong client support, and growth-driven processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and maintain 200+ client relationships (renewals, lapses, pending apps, claims, and updates)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain and update the GoHighLevel CRM with notes, tagging, reporting, and automation
  • Draft and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring processes
  • Manage the CEOs calendar, client meetings, and follow-ups
  • Track expenses, invoices, and assist with bookkeeping prep
  • Support marketing efforts (newsletters, LinkedIn, client updates) and collect testimonials
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and assist with partnerships and employer group benefits

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Tech-savvy; CRM experience is required (GoHighLevel required)
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or benefits administration. Marketing or content support experience is a plus.
