We're looking for a Sr. Social Media Channel Manager to own the strategy, execution, and performance of Tobi's Meta channels. This role is responsible for growing reach, engagement, and revenue across Instagram and Facebook through organic content, paid campaigns and technical feed/shop management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Meta channel strategy aligned with brand + business goals.
  • Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, polls, UGC).
  • Run paid campaigns in partnership with Performance Marketing (ads, boosted posts, catalog ads).
  • Analyze and report on KPIs: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, conversions.
  • Benchmark against competitors, identify trends, and recommend new creative/testing approaches.
  • Oversee technical setup: Meta Business Manager, product feed accuracy, IG Shop tagging, pixels.
  • Collaborate with brand, design, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Manage freelancers or junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce; fashion/retail experience a plus.
  • Strong grasp of IG/FB content formats, algorithms, and ad products.
  • Experience with Meta Business Manager, product catalogs, and social commerce.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Insights, GA, Looker, etc.).
  • Creative eye for visuals, copy, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills
  • Basic Excel skills for campaign tracking, reporting, and feed validation.
