Social Media & Content Producer – Remote / Philippines

Compensation:
₱40,000–₱50,000 per month

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Producer who's hungry to build a strong online presence for a meaningful, growing business in agricultural nutrition. You'll be working directly with our marketing team to roll out a bold new strategy — and need to bring both structure and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Coordination

  2. Manage and schedule posts across Hybrid-Ag's social channels and pilot manager accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

  3. Build out and maintain a consistent, forward-looking content calendar.
  4. Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual style, and messaging across platforms.

  5. Drive reciprocal growth: follow-back and engage with key accounts, support pilot managers with their own socials.

  6. Video & Content Creation

  7. Create short-form video content (reels, video snippets, social cuts) from raw files or existing assets.

  8. Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Descript, or AI video tools to generate polished social-ready content.

  9. Capture and repurpose internal team moments, grower wins, or behind-the-scenes footage for social storytelling.

  10. Marketing & Campaign Support

  11. Assist in preparing captions, concept copy, campaign drafts, and internal briefs.

  12. Contribute to upcoming major campaigns: Vision Video rollout, Product Launches, Hampers, etc.

  13. Work closely with Pia and Nathan to push forward the updated brand direction.

  14. SEO, GEO & Pixel Training

  15. Improve our visibility in both conventional search (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — surfacing in tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

  16. Implement and support pixel training to better understand what content resonates, who engages with us, and what triggers people to take action.
  17. Track performance and engagement metrics across channels (reach, impressions, clickthroughs, conversions).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success managing social content — whether for a brand, client, or personal channel.
  • Adept video editing skills that can be demonstrated (show us what you've done).
  • Strong sense of modern visual style — clean, simple, and aesthetic design preferred.
  • Excellent time management and ability to take ownership of output.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in agricultural or food health spaces.
  • Familiarity with Odoo or similar CRM tools.
  • Comfortable using scheduling, analytics, and ad tools.
