I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

● Plan and execute major social media campaigns based on the needs and requirements of the

business across various channels including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn,

Google, etc.

● Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across

multiple social media platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility.

● Effectively lead and direct cross-functional teams (content, creative, branding) in a fast-paced

environment with multiple deadlines to ensure seamless integration across all digital channels.

● Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

● Staying up to date with all developments in social media, such as new platforms, legal

changes, and new features introduced.

● Other duties and projects as assigned.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirement

● Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.

● Knowledge supported by certificates in digital marketing tools such as Business Suite for

Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, digital seminars/training, etc.

Experience Requirement:

● With experience in digital marketing and social media management.

● Experience in managing multiple business accounts on social media platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with paid ads as part of the execution.
