Core Administrative & Content Support

● Good communication skills to coordinate with the team, clients, and partners

professionally.

● Professional editing and proofreading of written content (emails, ad copy, social posts,

landing pages).

● Drafting, formatting, and publishing engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice

and messaging.

● Coordinating daily tasks, schedules, and priorities for campaigns and social initiatives.

Marketing & Funnel Execution

● Ad Campaigns: Create and manage ad creatives and copy for Facebook, Meta Ads,

and other paid media channels.

● Landing Pages: Build and optimize basic website landing pages to support lead

generation and sales funnels.

● CRM Automation: Integrate ads, funnels, and forms into our CRM (Go High-Level) for

seamless lead tracking and follow-up.

● Monitor campaign performance and provide periodic reports to guide improvements.

Social Media Management

● Plan, schedule, and post approved content across multiple platforms (Facebook,

Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

● Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and encourage interaction to

grow our community.

● Repurpose and cross-post content on relevant sites and groups to expand reach.

Tech & Systems Skills

● Proficiency in Go High-Level for automations and funnel integration.

● Basic landing-page design and website editing skills (drag-and-drop builders, templates).

● Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and CRM integrations.

Preferred Experience

● Previous experience supporting finance, wealth-building, or coaching/consulting

businesses.

● Strong eye for detail in editing and brand consistency.

● Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
