Qualifications/Skills:

  • With solid working experience in a TRAVEL AGENCY environment is a MUST (not BPO handling travel account).
  • Handling corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Must be experienced in using Amadeus GDS for reservation and ticketing (Cryptic entries, not point and click system).
  • Able to communicate well in verbal and written English to handle foreign clients and associates.
  • Able to provide excellent service and handle pressure whilst being efficient and accurate.
  • Works independently with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • With an excellent internet connection and quiet environment to temporarily work at home.
