This position is based on-site at our Makati City branch in Metro Manila, Philippines.

, as the role requires daily leadership presence, student engagement, team coordination, and operational oversight.

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and people-driven Branch Manager to lead our Makati operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee branch performance, guide a team of education counsellors and support staff, drive enrolment and revenue growth, and ensure the highest standards of service, compliance, and quality assurance.

This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced international education environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations & Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations across counselling, admissions, test preparation, and visa support
• Lead, mentor, and manage the counselling and support teams
• Implement SOPs, service quality standards, and compliance processes

2. Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets
• Drive local lead-generation strategies through events, school outreach, partnerships, and seminars
• Strengthen conversion systems and follow-up processes

3. Team Management & Training

• Set KPIs and conduct performance coaching and evaluations
• Deliver training on countries, programs, institutions, and admissions pathways
• Support recruitment and onboarding for new staff

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure personalised, ethical, and accurate counselling
• Manage escalations and complex cases professionally

5. Reporting & Strategy

• Maintain weekly and monthly reports on enrolments, conversions, marketing activity, and team performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Contribute to strategic planning and branch growth

6. Relationship Management

• Build relationships with education providers, schools, test prep partners, and relevant stakeholders
• Represent Eduget Global at events, partner visits, and marketing activities
• Open to occasional domestic or international travel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum
  5 years of experience
  in education consultancy or international student recruitment
• Minimum
  2–3 years in a leadership or team management role
• Strong understanding of major study destinations (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, New Zealand)
• Proven track record of meeting sales and enrolment targets
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills

• Experience launching or scaling a branch or region
• Established network in education, test prep, or international recruitment
• Knowledge of visa processes and multiple study destinations
• Strength in public speaking, outreach, and school engagement
• Industry certifications (ICEF, QEAC, EATC)
• Multilingual or strong cross-cultural communication skills
