Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cabuyao for an HR Associate specializing in Payroll. The HR Associate will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data accuracy, report generation, and final pay computations. Maintain and audit payroll records, track leave balances, and validate timekeeping inputs. Address payroll-related queries promptly and perform other assigned administrative tasks. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
