ELECTRICAL ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL PLANNER

Position Overview:

Planters Aggregates, Inc., a growing player in the aggregates and crushing plant industry, is looking for a highly skilled Electrical Engineer – Electrical Planner who will support both planning and execution of electrical systems and projects within the plant. The role is responsible for electrical design planning, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, implementation, and execution of electrical works to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Planning & Design

  • Develop electrical plans, layouts, diagrams, and specifications for plant machinery, motor controls, and electrical systems.
  • Create preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electrical equipment, MCCs, motors, VFDs, PLC-related electrical systems, and power distribution.
  • Prepare electrical project proposals, material take-offs, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Execution & Technical Support

  • Lead and supervise electrical works during installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for electrical equipment breakdowns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure implementation of safety standards in all electrical activities in compliance with Philippine Electrical Code, DOLE, and other regulatory mandates.
  • Coordinate with the Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering Team for project execution and improvement initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain documentation of electrical plans, schematics, maintenance logs, and project reports.
  • Ensure electrical compliance with regulatory bodies and plant safety standards.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE); RME is an advantage.
  • Preferably with 2–5 years experience in electrical planning, maintenance, or project execution; experience in a crushing plant, manufacturing, mining, industrial, or power plant setup is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge in electrical planning, motor controls, power distribution, troubleshooting, and execution of electrical projects.
  • Proficient in reading and creating electrical plans using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Can work under pressure and willing to be assigned on-site.
  • Willing to work in Mariveles, Bataan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
