  • Vocational or TESDA graduate (Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II is an advantage)
  • College graduates in a related field are also welcome to apply
  • With at least 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities, or construction
  • Skilled in building maintenance works, with working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general facility upkeep
  • Can read and interpret plans, blueprints, and technical diagrams
  • Familiar with local building and safety codes
  • With leadership experience – capable of supervising a team of technicians or maintenance staff
  • Strong in documentation and reporting (job orders, logs, inspection reports)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Physically fit, flexible with work schedule, and willing to be on-call when needed
