Electrical Foreman

Key duties and responsibilities

• Supervision and coordination: Oversee and guide a team of electricians and apprentices, delegating tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently.
• Planning and scheduling: Plan daily work activities and project timelines to meet deadlines.
• Quality and compliance: Inspect electrical installations to ensure they meet quality standards, are compliant with regulations, and match project blueprints.
• Safety management: Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety meetings, and ensure the proper use of equipment and safety gear.
• Material and resource management: Order, track, and manage electrical materials and supplies.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise on site.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including timesheets, material logs, and close-out documentation.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between the crew, project managers, and other trades, reporting on project status and issues.
• Mentorship and training: Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and support future succession planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php31,000.00 per month
