Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Supervisor role located in Pasig. The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with team members to identify business opportunities. Key responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Market Research and understanding market trends
  • Skills in Marketing Strategy development
  • Ability to support Sales initiatives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php45,000.00 per month
