Job Overview:

Global Dominion Inc, together with, Asia Financing Corporation Motors is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Supervisor to lead brand storytelling, digital marketing, and community engagement. This role plays a key part in driving campaigns that connect our brand to riders, dealers, and partner communities—both online and on-ground.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present creative, data-driven campaigns aligned with sales goals
  • Supervise digital content creation, ad placements, and performance tracking
  • Plan and execute community engagement initiatives and dealer activations
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms
  • Coordinate production of marketing collaterals and event documentation
  • Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and ROI
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, collaborating with Sales and Operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital and community-facing roles
  • Strong background in campaign ideation and social media management
  • Experience with influencers, brand activations, and community partnerships
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Canva, and analytics dashboards
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for events and activations
