Job Overview:

The Trade Marketing Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer relationships. This role requires strong marketing expertise, the ability to manage partnerships, and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences.

· Trade Marketing Activities

· Trade Marketing Materials

· Trade Marketing Reports

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strategic relationships with brand or corporate partners in the assigned area.

· Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with terms.

· Coordinate with partners on marketing initiatives and activations.

· Monitor partner performance and measure the impact of partnerships on business objectives.

· Plan and execute national and regional trade events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.

· Develop engaging event programs and materials.

· Manage event logistics and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

· Analyze event performance and identify areas for improvement.

· Conceptualize, develop, and release a range of learning materials, trade collaterals, and marketing materials to support trade marketing initiatives.

· Ensure the quality and consistency of all marketing materials.

· Monitor the distribution and effectiveness of marketing materials.

· Develop and automate partner recruitment and retention reports to track key performance indicators.

· Analyze data from reports to identify trends and inform decision-making.

· Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

· Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· At least 1 year of experience in trade marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.

· Strong understanding of the trade marketing landscape, including event management, promotional campaigns, and partner relationships.

· Experience in managing and developing marketing materials.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).
