MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for customer and territory data enrichment through proactive cleanup exercises from various stakeholder sources, ensuring all new acquisitions are aligned and have the correct attributes.
  • Develop partnerships with regional sales analyst to understand their needs and provide expedited data review.
  • Compile and communicate steps taken on customer cleansing analysis to ensure stakeholder tasks have been completed.
  • Provide territory analysis, including sales rep coverage, to understand assignment gaps.
  • Maintain the sales hierarchy by keeping track of new hires, transfers, and terminations, as well as creating and moving territories, districts and regions.
  • Evaluate majority sales channel to determine proper sales consultant coverage for reassignment of campaigns and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing SOP's to ensure consistent process across projects and activities.
  • Respond to data inaccuracy request/emails from sales team with thorough research of discrepancies in customer data.
  • Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and consistency in a timely fashion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or Business
  • 2+ years in a similar analytical role (i.e. business analysis, sales data analysis)
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and SAP
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • High level of organization and detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management.

Additional Notes:

  • Benefit from a lesser tax deduction under consultancy setup
  • This is a 6-month or 1 year contract position with our client; subject for extension and absorption based on performance and project needs.
  • Work location will be at Alabang, Muntinlupa with three days RTO and 2 days work from home per week
