Master Data Management Specialist

MDM shall be responsible for the MDM process in compliance with SLA / company's financial policies and procedures

● Create New Vendor and Customer accounts in the ERP and bank portals (templates) based on approved request and with complete supporting documents

● Modify Vendor and Customer accounts in the ERP and bank portals based on approved requests and with complete supporting documents

● Conduct Bank verification for all Vendors that requires the new set up or modification by calling via video or phone call or email verification

● Document filing and proper storage MDM Review and other Reports

● Perform Regular review of VMD and CMD accounts through file extraction in the ERP and liase with the concerned parties such as S&P, AP, Payments and Local Finance for review and update.

● Support in the preparation of KPI reports

Must Have

o Obtained at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Administration, Management Finance or equivalent

o At least 1 year in Master Data Management related work experience o Experience with different ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, D365 and others)

o Advanced skills in the use of MS Office application like Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook, Power Point and other applications
