Now, we're looking for a Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach, drive sales, and create long-term value for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities with restaurant groups, hotels, commissaries, and cloud kitchens
- Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing
- Build and manage relationships with chefs, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers in the food industry
- Collaborate with our in-house design, project, and fabrication teams to create tailored kitchen solutions
- Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets with the support of our marketing and inbound teams
- Represent Manila Kitchens in industry events, client meetings, and key account presentations
Who You Are:
- You have experience in sales, business development, or account management—ideally in F&B, construction, equipment, or design
- You're confident presenting to executives, chefs, and business owners
- You have strong business instincts and can turn problems into opportunities
- You're self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build something meaningful
- Bonus points if you have a network in the food service or hospitality space
