We are looking for a dynamic Merchant Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing partnerships with merchants across the food, restaurant, bar, retail, and service industries. If you're passionate about consultative selling, relationship building, and helping businesses embrace digital payment solutions, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard potential merchants in assigned sectors.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure merchant satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to recommend the best digital payment solutions.
  • Provide technical demonstrations of system features, hardware operations, and portal navigation.
  • Perform daily sales calls and on-site visits to engage new and existing merchants.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, merchant feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct daily in-person visits.
  • MUST BE RESIDING IN METRO MANILA.
