*Define the Product Vision:*
They are responsible for setting and articulating a clear, compelling vision for the merchant app store. This includes understanding the "why"—why the app store exists, what problem it solves for merchants, and how it aligns with the company's overall strategy.

*Develop and Maintain the Product Roadmap:*
They translate the vision into a high-level roadmap, outlining the major features, initiatives, and milestones for the app store over time. This provides a strategic guide for the development team and other stakeholders. This includes continuous development, where they look for opportunities to improve the user experience, streamline workflows, and introduce new features that drive business growth.

*Manage Stakeholder Alignment:*
They act as the primary liaison between the development team and various stakeholders, including business leaders, sales, marketing, and customer support. They ensure everyone is on the same page regarding priorities, progress, and goals.

*Own the Product Backlog:*
The Product Owner is responsible for creating, refining, and prioritizing this list of user stories, features, and bug fixes.

Create and Refine User Stories: They break down high-level features into detailed user stories that are clear, concise, and understandable for the development team.

*Lead Agile Ceremonies:*
They actively participate in Agile/Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Their role is to provide clarity, answer questions from the development team, and ensure the team is focused on the most valuable work.
