As a Paraplanner, you'll work hand in hand with seasoned financial advisers to deliver high-quality advice documentation and technical support. From creating SOAs and ROAs to researching financial strategies and maintaining client records, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful financial outcomes.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within a financial planning firm
• Proficient with financial planning software, PlutoSoft and MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in grammar and numerical accuracy
• Knowledge of Australian financial services legislation, products, and advice process
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

Your Daily Tasks

• Prepare comprehensive Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and other relevant client documentation
• Conduct detailed research on financial products, investment strategies, and insurance options
• Model client strategies using financial planning software (PlutoSoft proficiency required)
• Liaise with financial advisers to clarify strategies and ensure advice aligns with client goals
• Manage and update client records, files, and data to support ongoing service and reviews
• Support the implementation of advice where required and as instructed by the financial planner
