Job Description

As an AU Paraplanner, you will prepare precise and compact Statements of Advice, model financial strategies, and support advisors through Xplan expertise. You'll ensure compliance while contributing to high-level planning in collaboration with a global team of financial professionals.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum 3-5 years of paraplanning experience, ideally with Australian (AU) exposure
  • RG 146 accreditation is a plus, not a requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or related course
  • Advanced Xplan experience preferred
  • Exposure to adviser strategy discussions is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills (email and phone) with advisers
  • Experience in insurance pre-assessment

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Your Daily Tasks

  • Write compact Statements of Advice and perform financial modelling, including SMSF, Trust, and Company structures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Lead or manage small teams when needed
  • Utilize full Xplan capabilities for planning and reporting
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with advisers
