The Qualifications We Seek At least 3+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within a SaaS environment Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues Experience using project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.) Experience working directly with customers and managing client relationships Must be available to work during regular United

States business hours Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a strong plus Bonus Points For: Experience with specific CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Drupal, WordPress) Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications Experience with agile project management methodologies

Your Daily Tasks Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure for new customer implementations Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication Gather and document customer requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and technical specifications Work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and customer success teams to ensure smooth project execution Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and proactively address risks Organize and facilitate project meetings with clear agendas and outcomes Manage project budgets and resources effectively Ensure timely and successful project delivery that meets customer expectations Seek process improvements and enhance implementation methodologies for greater efficiency and scalability Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Who Are
