Job description:
- Assist in preparing work status of the works with corresponding percentages for proper work evaluation of the sub-contractor
- Provide accurate numbers in terms of work progress which helps the company in delivering proper solutions to site problems
- Assist estimates using the issued plans and specifications
- Assist bid documents in coordination with the Construction Manager and Engineers
- Assist tabulation of proposals submitted during the bidding
- Assist contract documents of awarded packages and coordinates with respective signatories
- Checks conflicts between the plans and specifications including different trades
- Assist the Construction Manager and Engineers in evaluation of contractor's progress billings
- Assist Construction Manager and Engineers in preparation of cost for change order claims
- Maintain and complies cost estimates
- Checks completeness of plans and specifications
- Maintains an updated cost database for reference in estimated
- Attends site meetings involving cost and procurement
- Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
