Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager based in Marikina. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects adhere to high-quality standards. Tasks include budget management, vendor coordination, team supervision, and client communication. The role also involves resolving on-site challenges, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a clear timeline for all event operations.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Event planning and coordination skills, including scheduling and logistics management
  • Budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management abilities
  • Vendor and stakeholder communication, contract negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Leadership ability and experience in managing event teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
