We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our team This role is key to driving events profitability through effective planning, selling, and coordination of all event-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Manage all on-site activities during the event
  • Ensure that teams are aligned with the event timeline and deliverables.
  • Address last-minute requests, concerns, or issues professionally and promptly.
  • Oversee events set-up and ensure smooth transitions between event segments.
  • Monitor crowd control, security measures, and emergency procedures.
  • Quickly resolve operational issues that arise during the event. Coordinate backup plans or adjustment if unforeseen challenges occur.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in events or banquet sales (hospitality industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of event systems
