We're Hiring: Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo)

Role: Marketing Automation Specialist (Marketo)

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description:

Marketo Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows using Marketo.
  • Integrate Marketo with other tools and platforms using API Plug-ins.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI

Automation and Optimization:

  • Develop and execute automated email marketing campaigns (EDM).
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for campaign enhancement.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs and measure success.

Desired but not essential META Expertise:

  • Manage and optimize paid and organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other META platforms.
  • Stay updated on META platform updates and trends to ensure best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Marketo and API Plug-ins.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with EDM (Email Direct Marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Proven experience with Marketo and API Plug-ins.
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with EDM (Email Direct Marketing).
