About the Role

You'll be our research engine - helping us discover:

  • Companies that do what we do (music marketing, artist coaching, AI content).
  • Producers, songwriters, and creatives with strong portfolios (Upwork, SoundBetter, etc.).
  • AI content creators who make futuristic, cinematic, or viral-style visuals.
  • Graphic designers and branding talent that align with our aesthetic.

Each week, you'll gather your best finds, organize them neatly in Airtable or Google Sheets, and share a few quick notes about why each one stood out.

This role fuels our hiring, collaboration, and client discovery - so your work directly shapes who we work with next.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research and list 20-30 new leads weekly.
  • Find more details on each.
  • Find patterns: who's doing cool stuff, who's winning, and who we should talk to.
  • Use platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Upwork, SoundBetter, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate weekly with our core team (we're fun, creative, and fast).

Ideal Candidate

  • Gets a little thrill from finding "the perfect" person or company online.
  • Is organized and responsible.
  • Can spot great branding, clean aesthetics, and legit success fast.
  • Loves music, content creation, and new tech.
  • Is organized, communicates clearly, and delivers consistently.
  • Enjoys working independently but likes being part of a creative team.

  • "Find 15 producers on SoundBetter with 50+ reviews and over $10K in revenue."
  • "Find 20 companies doing what we do, with email, IG, etc"
  • "Find 10 AI content creators on TikTok who make cinematic or futuristic edits similar to references we provide."
  • "Find 10 music business owners or coaches who run one-person empires."

Details

  • Part-time: 5–10 hours per week (remote)
  • $3-$15/hr depending on experience
  • Flexible schedule, long-term potential
