Title: Looking for Patent Research & Provisional Patent Drafting Expert (Website + Mobile App)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced patent consultant who can assist us with a patent search, prior art analysis, and provisional patent drafting for our company's website platform and mobile application.

We prefer someone with experience in USPTO-related work, but an offshore expert with strong technical patent drafting skills is also welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive patent / prior-art search for our software, website features, and mobile app functionalities.
• Prepare a clear summary report of similar existing patents.
• Draft a Provisional Patent Application (PPA) based on our concept.
• Ensure the draft follows USPTO structure and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and sign an NDA if needed.
• Provide revisions based on our feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with patent research & drafting, especially for software or digital products.
• Familiarity with USPTO standards (preferred).
• Ability to provide previous work samples (patent search reports or provisional drafts).
• Strong understanding of technical documentation & legal writing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to deliver within deadline.

Deliverables:

• Full Prior Art Search Report
• Draft of Provisional Patent Application (PPA)
• Source files + editable documentation
• Final clean version ready for USPTO submission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php30,000.00 per month
