Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution for our product portfolio. In this role, you will drive product performance, maximize sales potential, and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams to deliver successful product programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and roadmap for assigned products or product lines to drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyze current product programs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement actionable strategies to enhance product performance and market position.
  • Supervise and guide product specialists, ensuring effective execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback to product specialists to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on product-related campaigns, promotions, and support activities.
  • Regularly report to the Sales Manager on program performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Take on other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales, or a related field. Experience in the tire or automotive industry is a plus.
  • Strong track record of driving product performance and managing cross-functional teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly analytical with strong business acumen and a data-driven approach.
  • Results-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
