Product Manager – Medical Supplies & Equipment

Quezon City | Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated
Product Manager
to oversee Medasia's comprehensive portfolio of
medical products
— including
medical supplies, critical care, endoscopy, dialysis, surgical, urology, wound care, rehabilitation

This role is central to driving product adoption and market growth. The Product Manager will coordinate between suppliers, regulatory teams, sales, and healthcare professionals to ensure Medasia's products are
well-positioned, compliant, and supported nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Portfolio & Market Development

  • Manage the life cycle of multiple product categories:
    medical supplies, critical care, endoscopy, dialysis, surgical, urology, wound care,
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop go-to-market and launch strategies for new products.
  • Recommend new technologies and solutions for expansion of Medasia's product lines.

2. Sales Support & Clinical Training

  • Provide
    technical and clinical training
    to sales teams, dealers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Support sales during hospital presentations, product demos, and tender compliance requirements.
  • Prepare sales tools such as brochures, product manuals, comparison charts, and presentations.
  • Act as the subject matter expert during medical congresses, hospital workshops, and conferences.

3. Supplier & Regulatory Coordination

  • Liaise with international suppliers on pricing, product updates, and technical support.
  • Work with the regulatory team to ensure timely
    FDA registration and compliance.
  • Monitor product performance and coordinate solutions for technical issues and after-sales support.

4. Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan product promotions, hospital workshops, and scientific events.
  • Represent the company at
    medical conventions, trade fairs, and rehabilitation expos.
  • Collaborate with marketing for both digital and offline product campaigns.

5. Strategy & Reporting

  • Prepare regular product performance reports, sales forecasts, and market share analysis.
  • Support demand planning and supply chain coordination for inventory accuracy.
  • Recommend strategies to achieve business growth across multiple categories.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, Engineering, or a related medical/technical field.
  • At least
    3–5 years of experience
    in product management, clinical support, or sales (preferably in medical devices, consumables, or rehab equipment).
  • Knowledge of hospital procurement, tenders, and Philippine healthcare market trends.
  • Strong presentation, training, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and resourceful, with ability to manage multiple product lines.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP (SAP or similar) experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for hospital visits, training, and product launches.
