Senior Marketing Specialist – Campaign Execution, Content, and Digital Growth

You'll be responsible for executing high-impact marketing campaigns, expanding our email list and digital footprint, and ensuring we consistently show up where our audience is—with value- driven content that performs. You'll coordinate and build assets across the marketing funnel, including emails, landing pages, social posts, blogs, ads, and webinars (both live and recorded). You'll also play a key role in audience growth, especially through list-building, engagement, and YouTube content marketing.

The marketing style you will help implement includes optimized landing pages and campaigns similar to leading online marketers (e.g., Tai Lopez, Grant Cardone)—with sharp, high- converting digital funnels, bold CTAs, and measurable outcomes.

Note: This role focuses on executing strategy, not setting it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. EMAIL LIST GROWTH & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION

  2. Own and execute email marketing: cold, warm, event-based, nurture sequences

  3. Build automated funnels (webinar invites, lead magnets, onboarding, re-engagement)
  4. Create segmented campaigns with personalized messaging
  5. Design and execute list growth strategies
  6. Manage email list hygiene in HubSpot
  7. Track KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversions, source attribution

  8. SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT

  9. Build/manage 20+ social posts weekly across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube

  10. Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
  11. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions daily
  12. Optimize based on weekly performance insights
  13. Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips/posts
  14. Implement social-first campaigns to support webinars, lead magnets, and launches

  15. YOUTUBE & VIDEO MARKETING

  16. Upload, title, and optimize long-form YouTube videos (webinars, talks, interviews, podcasts)

  17. Cut/post short clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram
  18. Use SEO best practices for titles, tags, thumbnails
  19. Monitor analytics (watch time, CTR, subscriber growth) and recommend improvements
  20. Manage YouTube playlists and channel structure for optimal viewer experience

  21. WEBINAR MANAGEMENT

  22. Coordinate and execute monthly webinars (live and recorded)

  23. Manage the entire webinar funnel: registration pages, email promotions, calendar integrations, hosting, post-event follow-ups
  24. Track attendance, replay views, and conversion metrics
  25. Repurpose webinar content into social clips, blog recaps, nurture emails
  26. Improve webinar outcomes using data and audience feedback

  27. LANDING PAGE & WEBSITE OPTIMIZATION

  28. Build/optimize landing pages for lead generation, webinar signups, and campaigns using HubSpot or similar CMS

  29. Design pages that follow best practices used by top online marketers (Tai Lopez, Grant Cardone) for maximum conversion
  30. Track form fills, bounce rates, conversion rates
  31. Collaborate on SEO and UX enhancements
  32. Post, format, and tag blog content weekly
  33. Monitor traffic sources, scroll depth, time on page, and other analytics

  34. CONTENT CREATION & COPYWRITING

  35. Write audience-specific, persuasive copy for emails, landing pages, social posts, blogs, webinars, and promos

  36. Adapt tone for each platform (educational for LinkedIn, punchy for TikTok, conversational for email)
  37. Support creation of downloadable content like lead magnets, guides, and PDFs
  38. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly) as a support layer, ensuring final output is human-edited, on-brand, and high quality.

  39. PERFORMANCE REPORTING & OPTIMIZATION

  40. Maintain marketing dashboards for email, social, web, and webinars

  41. Generate weekly and monthly reports on growth trends, KPIs, and campaign performance
  42. Track attribution across marketing channels, from first touch to conversion
  43. Recommend improvements based on analytics, competitor benchmarks, and platform trends

TECHNICAL & CREATIVE TOOLS YOU'LL USE

  • HubSpot (CRM, email, forms, automation)
  • Canva, CapCut, iMovie, Filmora (video editing, visuals)
  • Buffer, Meta Business Suite, native schedulers (content publishing)
  • YouTube Studio (video optimization, SEO)
  • Google Analytics, Search Console (web traffic insights)
  • ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly (AI-supported copy)
  • Slack, Asana, Google Drive (team coordination)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing (email, content, campaigns)
  • Proven track record of growing social followers, email lists, and webinar attendance
  • B2B or financial services experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong knowledge of landing page design, conversion strategy, funnel execution
  • Advanced familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across remote and in-person teams
