Our client operates within the hospitality industry, offering marketing and web solutions tailored to hotels and similar businesses. They specialize in digital content creation, website management, and online advertising to help their clients stand out in a competitive market.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing & Web Content Specialist will support the client by designing, publishing, and managing content across websites and social platforms, as well as executing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong design instinct. While training on specific tools and systems will be provided, the candidate should demonstrate a natural flair for digital marketing, content creation, and visual design.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content for Facebook and Instagram using Meta Business Suite
- Design and update websites built on the Wix platform
- Make content updates to Wix and WordPress websites
- Build and manage paid search campaigns via Google Ads
- Build and manage paid social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Use Canva to design desktop marketing materials such as fliers and postcards
- Compile marketing reports by consolidating data from various sources for internal review
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet design and content deadlines
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- Social Media Management using Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram): 2+ years
- Website Design/Content Management using Wix: 2+ years
- WordPress Content Updates: 1+ year
- Google Ads – Campaign setup and optimization: 2+ years
- Facebook/Instagram Paid Campaigns: 2+ years
- Canva – Graphic Design for marketing collateral: 2+ years
- Portfolio or examples of past work is required for assessment
Preferred/Additional Skills
- Experience working with hospitality/hotel clients or knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Reporting/analytics experience from tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar
- SEO best practices understanding (basic)
- Email marketing platform experience (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

- Naturally creative with an eye for clean and compelling design
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Open to learning new platforms and digital tools (client will provide training)
- Strong organizational skills and able to meet deadlines consistently
