Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of site and office personnel.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Administer timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Handle employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and assist in resolving workplace issues in coordination with site supervisors and management.
  • Implement and monitor company policies, disciplinary procedures, and safety-related guidelines, especially for site-based operations.
  • Coordinate mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), loan processing, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Support training and development programs, including scheduling, documentation, issuance of certificates, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Facilitate performance evaluations and support managers in implementing improvement plans.
  • Participate in HR planning, organizational development initiatives, and overall employee engagement activities.
  • Help ensure compliance with DOLE requirements, including report submissions and site labor standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR management role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Have experience in CONSTRUCTION FIRM as an HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
