About the Role

We are looking for an experienced 
HR Generalist
 to handle core HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has 
3–5 years of solid HR experience
 and can support both employees and management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, including consultations, coaching, and documentation
  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor standards
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data, 201 files, and personnel records
  • Experience with any HRIS system is required for maintaining accurate data and personnel records
  • Oversee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and policy adherence
  • Support performance management activities and corrective action processes
  • Coordinate employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and internal communication
  • Assist in training coordination, onboarding facilitation (without recruitment), and policy rollouts
  • Handle benefits processing, government-mandated requirements, and HR administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience
     as an HR Generalist or similar HR role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all employment laws is essential for this position
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and documentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in BPO/Collections/Corporate setting
  • BPO industry experience is specifically required for this role
