Job Summary:

The HR Generalist Practitioner provides comprehensive HR support across recruitment coordination, employee relations, compliance, documentation, and HR programs. You will ensure that HR activities are aligned with company standards, labor regulations, and our culture of professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & HR Operations

· Assist in resolving employee concerns professionally and confidentially.

· Facilitate disciplinary processes: NTE issuance, admin hearings, and corrective actions.

· Ensure proper implementation of company policies and labor regulations.

· Maintain accurate employee 201 files and HR documentation.

HR Administration & Compliance

· Monitor timekeeping issues, attendance concerns, and HR trackers.

· Support government-mandated benefit processing and updates (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth).

· Assist in HR audits, compliance checks, and policy enforcement.

· Prepare HR reports, memos, and communication materials.

Engagement & Development

· Support employee activities, trainings, and HR initiatives.

· Coordinate performance evaluation reminders and follow-up.


Qualifications:

· Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course.

· 1–3 years experience in HR is an advantage.

· Minimum of 1+ years of HR experience is required.

· Strong understanding of basic labor laws and HR practices.

· Working knowledge of labour law requirements is essential.

· Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Trustworthy, organised, and detail-oriented.

· Comfortable working with HRIS, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
