Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership & Growth
- Drive strategic growth for B2C (overseas Filipinos and global customers) and B2B (corporate gifting, partnership programs, conglomerates) segments.
- Build and execute roadmaps that increase revenue, customer satisfaction, and market penetration.
- E-Commerce Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment, logistics coordination, procurement, customer service, and quality assurance.
- Oversee platform performance, integrations, and user experience to ensure smooth domestic and international transactions.
- Marketing & Growth Campaigns
- Lead digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive conversions both locally and overseas.
- Manage influencer collaborations to build brand trust and visibility.
- Develop promotional campaigns for peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day, etc.).
- Merchant Acquisition & Partnerships
- Source and onboard new merchant partners, including local and premium international suppliers.
- Manage long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure exclusivity, reliability, and growth opportunities.
- Leverage connects with large conglomerates, companies, and organizations to secure B2B bulk gift basket deals.
- International Customer Base Development
- Strengthen sales channels targeting overseas Filipinos (OFWs, balikbayans) as well as multinational companies with offices in the Philippines.
- Implement seamless overseas-to-Philippines gifting experiences, including payment gateways, international fulfillment, and customer support.
- Hands-On Leadership
- Get directly involved in operations — from supplier meetings, packaging oversight, and logistics troubleshooting to engaging directly with customers.
- Foster a hardworking, passionate team culture centered around SpeedRegalo's mission of connecting people through gifting.
- Financial & Data-Driven Management
- Oversee business targets, P&L reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making.
- Optimize processes for cost-effectiveness, delivery efficiency, and business scalability.
Qualifications
- Women professional with a strong passion for the e-commerce and gifting industry.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in e-commerce, with exposure to both B2C and B2B channels.
- Proven track record in ads management, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing growth strategies.
- Experience in merchant acquisition and account management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage sectors.
- Strong connections with corporate clients and conglomerates in the Philippines.
- Excellent operational management skills, with willingness to be hands-on in solving challenges.
- Preferred: Work experience or client-handling exposure involving overseas customers (remittances, gifting, e-commerce).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willing to be based in Parañaque (near NAIA Airport) and Manila (Quirino Ave).
