JOB SUMMARY:A general manager of a manpower business is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including staff management, budgeting, and strategic planning and hitting headcount target.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Client Acquisition & Strategies

Designs and implements strategic business plan that expands company's grow in client base through mapping potential clients, generating new leads, and building opportunities for the company to ensure its strong presence in the market.

Develop and implement strategies to increase profits and productivity of the business.

Budget Management & Monitoring

Create and manage budgets of the business and identify areas for improvement.

Target Setting

Achieve growth and hit targets set by the management.

Set weekly goals and ensure they are met. Develop key performance goals and monitor performance of the company.

Client Relationships Management

Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Develop new business relationships and maintain existing ones. Negotiate on all request etc.

Compliances & Legal

Ensure that employees follow company policies and regulations. Ensure that the organization complied on all local and regulatory compliances.

Build relationship and coordination LGU's and other government agencies related to manpower business.

In-charge/key person in all legal issue/concern of the business.

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed effectively.

People Management

Recruit, train, and evaluate employees. Provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts in the organization.

Improve Efficiency

Improve internal processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

Monitor Performance

Evaluate operational and financial performance. Prepare and interpret performance reports for BOD purposes.
