About FuturEdge Admin Support role:

A Sales Admin or FuturEdge Admin Support is essential for optimizing sales support operations, ensuring team efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the FuturEdge Team. This role involves handling various administrative duties which requires organization & collaboration skills, attention to detail, analytical & problem solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, strategic thinking skills along with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Below is the detailed job description for the afore-mentioned position:

1. Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the FuturEdge Team, as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain related documentations according to standards, such as but not limited to: proposals, project documents, contracts, reports and other business documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments and/or partners to optimize cross-functional processes.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

2. Data Management & Reporting:

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data and reports.
  • Generate reports and analytics, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking, as required
  • Oversee the maintenance of accurate customer information in the CRM system.

3. Communication & Collaboration:

  • Facilitate effective communication between the FuturEdge team and other departments.
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned activities/tasks
  • Collaborate with FuturEdge leadership to align administrative support processes with FuturEdge strategies.

4. Training & Development:

  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to promote a culture of continuous learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Familiar in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • The ability to travel as needed
  • Has experience working as a sales support / admin, operations support or a relevant role
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Detail oriented and has fair communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Willing to learn and to be trained
