We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team and support business growth through activity planning, data collaboration, platform monitoring, and compliance management.

Job Summary

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for planning user-friendly activities, supporting data-driven decision-making, monitoring the platform environment, tracking competitor activities, and preparing compliance documents. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. **Activity Planning**

  2. Draft and propose activity plans based on user preferences.

  3. Design simple, easy-to-participate activities that drive user engagement.

  4. **Data Collaboration & Analysis**

  5. Work with senior operations staff to perform data analysis.

  6. Extract key insights and provide actionable information to support decision-making.

  7. **Platform Monitoring**

  8. Monitor the online platform environment to ensure smooth user access.

  9. Safeguard key user journeys and core processes from disruption or obstacles.

  10. **Competitor Monitoring**

  11. Track competitor platforms and report updates to the team.

  12. Ensure all team members remain informed about the latest industry trends and dynamics.

  13. **Compliance Support**

  14. Prepare compliance documentation for games and activities.

  15. Ensure timely approvals and smooth progress of related projects.

Requirements

**Education**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.

**Experience**

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, online platform management, or activity planning.

  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or consumer-facing platforms is a plus.

**Skills**

  • Strong understanding of user preferences and ability to design engaging activities.

  • Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to track competitor trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Familiarity with compliance documentation and approval processes is preferred.
