We are looking for an Voice Chat App Operations Specialist. This role focuses on recruiting, managing, and supporting agencies and hosts, ensuring strong performance, sustainable growth, and a highly engaging community experience. You will be responsible for optimizing operational workflows, building strategic relationships, driving data-informed decisions, and coordinating community activities that strengthen platform engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage agencies and hosts to meet performance and engagement targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with guild leaders, streamers, and partners.
  • Lead recruitment initiatives through both organic and paid channels.
  • Monitor platform performance, analyze trends, and leverage data to refine operational strategies.
  • Plan and execute online events, campaigns, and community engagement activities.
  • Address concerns raised by agencies and hosts, ensuring timely resolutions and a positive platform experience.
  • Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social apps, voice chat platforms, live streaming, 1v1, or gaming environments.
  • Proven experience managing agencies and hosts, with strong understanding of voice chat room ecosystem dynamics.
  • Demonstrated recruitment ability with a track record of attracting quality hosts/agencies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Proficient in English and Filipino (written and spoken).
