About You:

  • Proven experience in mobile app user acquisition with an analytical mindset;
  • Experience profitably scaling monthly spending from $50,000 to $150,000+ on Facebook and Google;
  • Experience in budget management, reporting on results and KPIs, and forecasting business impact and needs;
  • Experience in creating high-performing video creatives;
  • Growth-hacker mindset when it comes to improving ad performance;
  • Upper-Intermediate English.

Big Plus:

  • Experience in dating or social discovery apps;
  • Cross-platform experience with both app and mobile web acquisition;
  • Experience advertising on TikTok, Snap, Apple Search, DSPs or other paid acquisition channels;
  • Team player.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expansion and optimization of UA channels, as well as monitoring and reporting on effectiveness;
  • Hypothesize, concept/storyboard, test, and iterate display creative;
  • Implementation of effective traffic and advertising campaign assessment tools, etc;
  • Negotiating with partners for traffic procurement;
  • Close collaboration with a CEO and a design team to determine various approaches to advertising campaigns;
