About the Role

We are seeking a passionate
Content Operation Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how users discover and enjoy movies, series, and music. You will conduct market research, engage with our user community, and deliver impactful experiences through content and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Research local market trends in movies, series, and music to support content strategy.
  • Build and manage our in-app community: respond to user inquiries, recommend content, organize discussions, and foster engagement.
  • Plan, edit, and publish push notifications to recommend relevant entertainment content.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback from both online and offline channels, then propose actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business and operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Passionate about movies, series, music, and entertainment culture.
  • Empathetic, user-focused, and strong in communication and engagement skills.
  • Prior experience in social media operations, online communities, or digital content is a plus.
