About the Role:

Join V360 Global Solutions, Inc. to support our AU-based clients. You'll be the go-to resource for information technology, IT service desk, healthcare IT, and technical solutions—enabling top-tier patient care—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT and technical support for end-users across software, hardware, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document IT challenges, facilitating seamless tech operations
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and healthcare-specific applications
  • Create and manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT policies
  • Support and administer network infrastructure, monitoring performance and maintaining cybersecurity
  • Train staff on technology best practices, remote tech tools, and digital health systems
  • Ensure clinical systems and hospital IT run smoothly and securely
  • Stay updated with healthcare informatics, cloud computing, and IT solutions advancements
  • Deliver friendly, professional service and contribute to continuous improvement

You'll Bring:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline—equivalent experience are welcome
  • Helpdesk, technical support, or IT administration experience, preferably in healthcare or a dynamic setting
  • Proficiency with hardware, software, networking, desktop and infrastructure support
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and communication skills for users at every tech level
  • Familiarity with healthcare informatics, remote IT, hospital tech, or NDIS systems (a plus)
  • Customer service focus, adaptability, and a positive, solutions-driven mindset
