I PURPOSE

The role is designed to assist with operational dispatch activities during the incoming peak season.

II.      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle dispatch operations for Starbucks and RCOC within Metro Manila.
  • Coordinate with the L3 team for guidance and task execution.
  • Be on standby at the office when required.
  • Perform field-based dispatch activities as directed.

Supervision & Coordination

  • Interns will be guided by the L3 team and may receive additional instructions based on operational needs. Coordination with the MIS and EBG teams will be required for visibility and support.

III.    QUALIFICATIONS

A.    Must(s)
  • Student of an IT related course/degree.
B.    Preferably(s)
  • Knowledge of computer systems and IT components is an advantage.
  • Familiarity, knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Office is an advantage.

IV.    WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Schedule: 8:30AM – 6:00PM
  • Willing to work on client sites and in the company office.
