The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing CCPI Petcare's online sales and presence. The role of e-commerce lead involves overseeing the online store's design, functionality, and user experience, as well as managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing sales funnels, and improving conversion rates.

He/She will be working closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless online store operations. He/She will track sales performance, implement promotional strategies, and analyze customer behavior to enhance the overall shopping experience. His/Her ultimate goal is to increase sales, improve the customer journey, and align the e-commerce strategy with the CCPI's overall business objective.

Job Description:


• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience.


• Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.


• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPls) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction.


• Implement digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.


• Optimize the website for user experience, including navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness.


• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, logistics

partners, and e-commerce platforms.


• Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.


• Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.


• Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing in the online store.


• Regularly update product information, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy, appeal, and consistency.


• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to increase sales and boost customer engagement.


• Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.


• Monitor website functionality and handle troubleshooting issues with the e-commerce platform, including technical problems and user experience challenges.


• Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.


• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless customer service, high customer satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly through the online store.
